• To submit environmental pollution of air and water reports with photos and location to relevant authorities
• To notify and update you on the status of your submissions

• To ensure compliance with environmental and legal obligations

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share your submitted data only with:

• Nagaland Pollution Control authorities or authorized waste collection teams, for the purpose of managing and responding to your reports
• Service providers who assist in hosting, maintenance, or analytics of the App
• Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or prevent misuse

4. Data Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

• Your personal information (email/phone) will be retained as long as your account is active
• Submitted environmental pollution of air and water reports (photos & location) may be stored for record-keeping and environmental reporting purposes
• You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us (see Section 8)

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including individuals submitting environmental pollution reports or accessing App features.

10. Purpose of the App

The HAWA App is designed to allow users to report environmental pollution issues related to air and water by submitting photos and location data. The App facilitates communication with the Nagaland Pollution Control Board and relevant authorities for managing and responding to environmental concerns.

11. Use of the App

11.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

11.2 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account by providing your email address and/or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

11.3 Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you may:

• Submit photos and location data to report environmental pollution issues
• Receive updates on the status of your submissions
• Use the App to communicate with the Nagaland Pollution Control Board or authorized entities for environmental reporting purposes

11.4 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or inappropriate content, including photos or location data unrelated to environmental pollution
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality, servers, or networks

12. User-Submitted Content

12.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you submit through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and share your content with relevant authorities (e.g., Nagaland Pollution Control Board, waste collection teams, or legal authorities) solely for the purpose of addressing environmental pollution reports and complying with legal obligations.

12.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you submit. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

13. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by the Nagaland Pollution Control Board or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. 15. Termination

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Nagaland Pollution Control Board, its officers, employees, or agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the courts of Dimapur, Nagaland.
